overwhelmingly positive. They know their sh!t, no doubt about it. I do remember some complaints though in the past, seems like I remember it having to do with kind of sloppy work. However, if I remember correctly, they were more than willing to redo the work free of charge, even replacing a whole motor in one case, i recall. Do a search, if you haven't already, and see if you can find any complaints. They are good guys, and I think any complaints you'll find will be the inevitable slip-ups that always occur, and they are good at amending the problems when they do occur. My personal experiences with them have been pretty good. There's no better place for used Z parts that I know of. Hope this helps- Rob
